Track ball of my cell-phone stopped functioning just after 4 months of use ,though company replaced the phone but it caused me a great inconvenience as i lost the original copy of my bill and black-berry team refused to co-prate with me. They could check the date of purchase from the IMEI number of the cell and send it for repair but the refused.
So i Would like to say blackberry service in India is not up to the mark.
